Why launch Reverse Mortgage Watch?

Many seniors complain that it’s difficult to locate quality, up-to-date information on reverse mortgages.  I hope to change this by personally editing this website, Australia’s first ‘blog’ on reverse mortgage and equity release finance.

What is a blog?

A ‘weblog’, or ‘blog’ for short, is a new kind of website that allows for constant publication of new information, and importantly, for readers to particpate in the conversation by contributing comments or ‘posts’. My hope is that people will use this site to talk about their experiences with reverse mortgages - the positive and the negative - and thereby help others to better understand this relatively new area of lending. (You can make a ’post’ or comment on this site anonymously, or under a pseudonym if you wish).
